Here at G3 Sports we have a systematic approach to developing our athletes. We focus on building each athlete from the ground up first by addressing any and all muscular and strength imbalances. We do this by slowing our athletes down and focusing on developing joint and muscular stability not only in the weight room but also on the field. Once we've established a base, we will start to focus on strength development. In this phase we will challenge the athlete with heavier weights and more complex movement patterns. Our final phase is all about developing the ability to generate the greatest possible force in the shortest amount of time in regards to weight training. On the field our focus will be adding reactionary components to enhance the athletes ability to respond and enhance their overall performance.
