Dear Game 360 Community,

 

First and foremost, we want to acknowledge that our communities have been hit hard by the impacts of the pandemic, and it is our top priority to keep folks safe and healthy during these uncertain times.

 

Is it with that in mind that Game 360 Sports has decided to implement program policies in accordance with current King County vaccination mandates, and as of  Monday, October 25, 2021, Game 360 Sports will require proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (taken within 72 hours) for entry into all places where we will be hosting in-person programming and events until further notice for people ages 12 and older. Please bring proof of your COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result (acceptable documentation is listed below) to participate in all of our programs. We will not be able to admit you without it.

 

Face masks must also be worn at all times, regardless of vaccination status.

 

The following will be accepted as proof of vaccination:

·  Physical COVID-19 vaccination card

·  Photo of vaccination card

·  Printed certificate or digital record from MyIRMobile.com.

 

What is an acceptable negative COVID-19 test?

As an alternative to providing proof of full vaccination, individuals must provide digital or printed documentation of a negative covid test result from a testing agent, including a laboratory, health care provider, or pharmacy. Negative test results must be from a U.S. Food and Drug Administration-authorized or approved molecular (e.g., PCR) test, or an FDA-authorized or approved antigen (e.g., rapid) test taken within the previous 72 hours of entry. Antigen tests that are self-administered will not be accepted.
